📌 Overview
The SRC Trust Fund is a student-led initiative that helps academically deserving but financially disadvantaged UKZN students register for their studies. Supported by the UKZN Foundation and the Student Representative Council (SRC), this campaign is a critical intervention aimed at bridging the financial gap for students in need.
🎯 Project Goal
Our goal is to raise R20 million to cover registration fees and related costs for underprivileged students across all UKZN campuses. These funds will ensure that no capable student is left behind due to financial hardship, and will contribute towards increasing access, retention, and academic success.
💡 Why Your Support Matters
Every year, hundreds of students are turned away because they cannot afford to register. For many, this is not just a delay—it’s the end of their academic journey. Your donation—no matter the size—can be the key to unlocking a young person’s future. Sekela iSikole. Empower the future of tomorrow.
🎁 How You Can Help
There are several ways to make a difference:
- Once-off donations to support immediate registration needs.
- Monthly giving to sustain student access throughout the year.
- Legacy giving to leave a lasting impact on future generations.
- Corporate partnerships to align your CSR with youth empowerment and education.
