I%u2019m fascinated by how businesses optimise resources, reduce costs and improve performance. I want to be part of that.%u2019Mthimkhulu recently lost her grandmother, who had been her biggest cheerleader. %u2018Her passing was incredibly difficult. She always believed in me and encouraged me to push forward. I carry her memory with me every day, and I use my pain as motivation. I know she%u2019d be proud of how far I%u2019ve come.%u2019Balancing her academic life with part-time work also hasn%u2019t been easy. Juggling lectures, deadlines and job shifts required grit and focus. %u2018It taught me the power of time management and staying disciplined,%u2019 she said. %u2018I%u2019ve learned to prioritise, stay organised and carve out time for both my studies and personal responsibilities.%u2019Despite her packed schedule, Mthimkhulu finds comfort in simple joys. She enjoys crocheting, watching her favourite series and teaching herself to sew through YouTube tutorials.
